Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for orders shipped within the United States.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Items must include original packaging and any tags.
  • Personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  1. Our team will send you a Return Authorization with instructions.
  2. Pack the item securely and ship it back according to the instructions provided.
  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will review and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that show signs of use or damage not caused in transit
  • Personalized or custom products (unless defective or incorrect on arrival)
